Holy Trinity Rosehill C of E Primary School Joins Durham and Newcastle Diocesan Learning Trust
We are pleased to announce that Holy Trinity Rosehill C of E Primary School has officially joined the Durham and Newcastle Diocesan Learning Trust (DNDLT) on 1st May.
This partnership represents an important milestone for the school, strengthening its connection to a wider family of Church of England schools. As part of the Trust, Holy Trinity Rosehill will benefit from greater opportunities to collaborate with our 21 schools, contributing to a shared vision and commitment to providing a well-rounded education and educational environment.
Paul Rickeard, CEO of DNDLT, states:
“We are delighted to welcome Holy Trinity Rosehill C of E Primary to our family of schools today – meaning we now serve over 4300 children and over 450 staff. We have been working with the school for some time in preparation and feel the shared vision and values that both the school and Trust hold will complement and support each other’s work. Every child matters, and no child is ever left behind.”
A Stronger Future Together
Joining DNDLT is a significant step for the school. Through the strength of the Trust’s network and its shared values, Holy Trinity Rosehill Primary School is well placed to build on its successes to date, while embracing new opportunities for growth, collaboration and community.
Andrea Swift, Head Teacher at Holy Trinity Rosehill Primary School, said:
“We are delighted to announce that our school has officially joined the Durham and Newcastle Diocesan Learning Trust today. The Trust provides an opportunity for collaboration, resources, and shared vision across schools, enabling each school to benefit from expertise, best practices, and collective support. By joining DNDLT, our school will be part of a forward-thinking community of CofE schools that aim to nurture not only academic excellence but also the personal, social and spiritual development of all children and adults.
Joining the DNDLT is a significant step for our school. The Trust’s strong network and shared values will help us build on the progress we have already made, while offering new opportunities to grow, support each other as a community and let our lights shine.”
We look forward to seeing Holy Trinity Rosehill Primary School thrive as part of the DNDLT family and to the positive impact this partnership will bring for pupils, staff and the wider community.
